Does anyone know whether maurice's bankruptcy was Chapter 11 or complete bankruptcy...was it 1973 or 1974

i want to reprint my novels...the new Olympia Press is doing so...i was told the copyrights would revert to me in 1974, but now, i'm not sure whether they remained part of his assets or reverted back to me.
