Hey, (Before you establish any opinion on my affiliation and cause here, know that I am a naturalist, I do not believe in the existence of an all-knowing, all-helping, all-solving being that is uniform to all. If such an entity existed that could make whatever I wish come true, I believe it is me, because I am in maximum control of myself and my actions in contrast to anyone else.)
