Talking points for President's Jobs Bill

I would like to see ( and hear ) MORE emphasis on the role and responsibilities of Congress, the House especially,
when it comes to the creation and passing of federal legislation.According to the U.S.Constitution that is the role of Congress. Why not then indicate to the Republican
constituents, as well as the Speaker and Majority leader in the House along with Mitch McConnell in the Senate that they are being derelect in their duties and remiss in their responsibilities, according to the Constitution, by not creating and passing a jobs bill? The American public needs to also know that Congress is not doing its' duties, in this time of economic crisis, mandated by the Constitution, to create and pass this critical jobs legislation.

Hopefully, more talk centered around this Constitutional responsibility will take this emphasis off the personal quips and politics from the Republicans.

THE House Republicans need to CREATE and PASS a Bill and quit the negative comments regarding the Presidents'Jobs Bill proposal.( It is not LEGISLATION YET) They know that. But they are misleading the American Public by talking about the Presidents' Job Bill. Bills that become federal law , and Congress knows this, have to originate from either the HOUSE or SENATE, the Legislative Branch of government, NOT the Executive or Judicial Branches.

We have to let the AMERICAN PEOPLE know that Congress is not fulfilling their Constitutional responsibilities.
To my knowledge, Congress has yet to propose,CREATE and PASS a single jobs bill, of any kind, while standing on the sidelines criticizing the President and IGNORING their Constitutional duties.

LET'S TRY TO GET THIS MESSAGE OUT TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.
