Though in fact our constitution lays out laws of public order, discourse and policy it does nothing to protect the general public from being experimented on by the ruling classes. Though we all would assume that this would never occurr it is not the case as we have entrusted thieves to watch over our business. The Canadian Public is only protected through the unconditional soverign and queen. Who by order can desolve and remove those who would harm her subjects. Though less informed is the monarchy we can still reach them if necessary. the monarchy has control over our military and paramilitary forces.
As for protections against unscrupulious business men and profitiers we must remember that Doctors barry their mistakes and the dead can not tell their story. So the next time a doctor hands you a prescription or orders you a test or offers you a vacine, say no thanks. Human growth hormone can not be detected in a vacine and given to an infant would cause the soft spot to grow over to quickly. This in turn would cause doctors to open up the skull to experiment on infant development and autism. Laballing a common disease and making it a syndrome only emphasisis the fact its not a disease but a symptome. Cure the symptome or kill the client. Experiments that run their course, the subject is eliminated as not of being of any further use. Killing the subject like monkeys and rats in a lab to further science and medicine.

As interesting as the constitution and laws in Canada they are but statutes that have been passed by a foreign invader in a foreign land and without the consensus of the United Chiefs and Counsel they have no validity in this country hereby occupied. Laws that are passed protect the unjust and enable free men and women to be prosecuted penalized and imprisoned unjustly.
The first question is not theory but fact, H.I.V. as it is known is in fact the conscious infection of unsuspecting vulnerable persons with common diseases to in fact attempt to cure these common diseases for the future. This is recorded fact. Acts such as the orphaned drug act were passed to legalize the experimentation on the vulnerable persons in our society, so to in fact was the policy created that allowed for these drugs to be paid for by Social Service Drug Plans and if in fact the infected failed to take the prescribed medications they would have their funding terminated; there by guaranteeing a financial burden of responsibility on the vulnerable.
