Dear All,
I am working in a cement industry here in Pakistan as Execution & Maintenance Engineer at Cement Grinding area.
The main equipments installed include Clinker Feeding Elevator, Static Separator (Also called V-Separator), Roller Press, Fans, Eddy Separators (Also called dynamic separators) and grinding ball mill (Horizontal).
We have a problem in one of our system fan, which is installed to improve efficiency of grinding mill. In a single day, material stick to its impeller blades and its vibrations increases so high to trip level i.e. 9mm/s.
Can anyone suggest solution for it? If you say, I will provide you complete details of this case for study.
Need guidance.
