Tonight after a thunderstorm we noticed a clear jelly like substance on our table outdoors, we have never seen anything like so we put it in a bag took a photo of it and put it in the fridge. I was looking on line and I found a picture of taken in scottland last year. It seems to be slowly evaporating away. They said it was star jelly. what should we do with it? tarinnhall@yahoo.com
