Someone Help PLEASE !

I have a 2001 Swap Meet " Downtown Bradford 2001 " MINT Zippo lighter.

It is in Original tin, with original outer sleeve ( No: 305/650 )
Never struck and still has orange seal on back.

What is it worth???
Also why is there no Reference to them?
Was there NO Swap Meet in bradford that year because of Tokyo.

Please Help
