There are many Fluoride Free Toothpastes.

Use toothpastes fluoride-free, also drink water free of fluoride (some filters do not eliminate fluoride) and avoid any beverage or food that contains fluoridated water (some milks have, also teas, wine, and some brands of salt are fluoridated, be careful).
