Ive been raising two children now for 1 year they are my great neice and great nephew their mother is no where to be found due to her drug addiction i tried to obtain cards for them and have a notary signed by mom plus all their documentations school birth certificates etc but was told i could not get replacement cards. the pldest child wants to work this summer what do i do? can they go to office and get the cards they are 13yrs and 15 yrs old?
