New sls 3000 line runs our long cut-off products but very temperamental as pocket settings (grippers, etc.) are maxed-out. Lap fold is 5/8 inch with 1/4 inch variation maximum. Because the jacket sits so high in the pocket, Air nozzle to assist jacket opening may be hitting the gripper side of the jacket instead of the folded side, preventing the jacket from opening smoothly.

Anyone else share this difficulty?
Any ideas?
