The special use of signing in gold ink over a 1 penny stamp on documents to make them into legal administrative instruments within the upu system. I have some information on this subject and would like to know more about the use of this system in the use of common law documents applicable in the UK.
Can any one shed some light on this subject as information doe's not seem to be at a premium
