Can anybody help?

I am trying to trace the ship my father served on during WW2. I believe he was a semaphore signalman around 1942/3 on HMS Liverpool. His name was Raymond Arthur Ormiston who sadly passed away in 1975. His widow Edith passed away in 1992.

Look forward to hearing from anybody with information on how to find which ship he proudly served.
