We now live in a society where forms of abuse are all around us. Women who abuse there husbands and children are often rewarded by womens shelters that promote the false belief that all abuse is by the male and that if a female does abuse her husband, then he must deserve it! I brought my wife and her child to another partner here from overseas. I paid all her bills and expenses for 7 years. I sent money home to her family when ever she demanded as if I did not, the physical and verbal abuse started in earnest. We had a baby who she abused verbally and physically. When she got here she was handed out the recipe on how to leave your husband, and make a proffit, 101!. The government will protect you and give you everything. And they did too! She claimed false verbal abuse from me as her key to success and thats all it took. After working 2 jobs, paying all her and her families expenses for 7 years this is all I get??? Plus now they want me to pay child support as well???? And for a baby girl that even though I love so very much, will get used against me by this abusive low life woman and thaT I will never see again due to my former using the child to hurt me even more. HEY! you got to be joking!!
They can chase me to the death before I pay that! I will gladly become one of the now 12 people a day that suicides in protest of how unfair this stupid system really is.

We live in a user pays society to a point. If I pay for something, then I deserve the right to see a result for the payment. The CSA should be made responsible to ensure that paying parents DO GET to see their children no matter what the circumstances of the resident parent.

We also live in a society that openly condones the proactive break up of families as the prefered default mode rather than sinking funds into keeping families together by providing more education and resources into effective and positive relationships.

This being the case, why then are mostly seperated fathers hounded to death in some instances to pay for ALL the wrongs in the relationship where clearly others are equally to blame for the demise? If society supports the feminist point of view, then society as a whole should be made accountable for paying child support too!!!

In my view, the CSA should become an enforcer of fair visitation and access for the paying parent as their top priority. The Csa needs to be transformed to an agency where it adopts the form of an insurance agency. It should be renamed as GICS meaning the Government Insurance office for Child Support. Stop blaming seperated fathers for ALL societies problems with marriage, DV, and relationship breakdown, and make the real perpertraitors pay! Society as a whole! We all should pay for the mistakes we make ,right?
Our society fosters this Idea that breaking up is better than working things out properly.
Then society as a whole should pay for the results of this negative action!

I so hear you brother! Long as CSA gets money from you, they are happy... dont worry if the child lives in sqaller or has no clean clothes or is over weight... Its all about the money.... Long as the mother can afford a new car, support her smoking habit( the cost of the childs health due to passive smoking) & have a great time, dont worry about the accusations of abuse (when you have recordings of the mother being abusive toward the father), who gives a rats arse about the fathers!!!! Family Relationship centres are a joke, just another church run organization controlled by feminists
funded by the government!

Now, if you have evidence of abuse of the child, you have to go to the police & report it. You can also report it to child services who will investigate the matter IF there is a number of report about the same matter.

If you have been abused by this woman & you have proof, go to the police & file a report. If the police get any false claims from the woman, she can be prosecuted....

Now I share & agree with your point about the user pays. I also believe in 50/50 shared parenting arrangements "for the best interest of the CHILD" which is a key point i have done in BIG LETTERS!!!

Record EVERY COMMUNICATION you have with this woman, emails, voice recordings on the phone AND in person. Document everything including your thoughts & feelings, any court matters related to the mother because later on when the child will want to know why "mummy & daddy" arent living together & let the collected information do the talking for you. the child will see you love her 7 made every attempt to fight for her & it was met with resistance from the mother.

I have a draw full of information for my child to read & listen to when she wants to know what went on & is old enough to understand the situation I/and my family went through...
