Atrocious weather only beaten by even worse conditions faced on arrival at station to pick my mother up.numerous passengers delayed by weather conditions (nobody,s fault)but to sit in station for hours on end chilled to the bone withouth even the oppurtunity to purchase a hot drink under these circumstances i and many other poor souls found absolutely diabolical. i am only 44 years of age,but there were many elderly commuters unable to muster much of a complaint,so i am speaking more on their behalf than my own yours disgusted appalled mr.k jones
