Salt usage in all of your dishes

To Ina: I love your dishes but am sad to see how much added salt you add to those dishes, especially when you use salted cheeses(and all of them are) and bacon products.
It would not affect tast a bit to reduce or eliminate added salt to your creations. From a health standpoint, we eat far too much salt on a daily basis. It contributes to hypertension and heart disease especially in people who are already salt sensitive or have heart complications and issues already (and many people do).You could be a great influence in teaching others how to prepare foods that are not only delicious but more healthy.
Please consider making these adaptations.
