I didn't see any posts in this forum so I figured I might get the ball rolling. I am a safety director over 2 sand plants. I'm new at this looking from a safety point of view and I find that I am not quite the best teacher/trainer. It seems that the safety side of a mine is met with resistance. Not just from employees but from members of management also.I was wondering if anyone had any tips that might help get everyone on board a little easier.
