Hi
I am starting up a small vegetable pickle in oil business and do not know how much sodium benzoate to use, when it should be added to the pickle, whether it is added in the beginning, middle or towards the end.
I have already got the preservative but I want to be certain about its usage and quatity.
If anyone can help please kindly advice.
