Dear Sir; April 18, 2011
I live in the Floridian RV Resort which originaly was Comptown then was Camp City of Orlando.
I've been here since 1979 and hold a 99 year lease. The sale of leases was used to develop the park and orginated in 1972 with 144 lease lots. The lease calls for a maintenance fee of $5.00 per month plus $19.94 for water
and sewer which includes garbage pickup and mowing of the lot.
Since 1990, the new owner, Lou Kirk, has made it his goal to break the leases.
The new owner has followed with the tactics and over the past few years has demanded $165.00 per month including water and sewer with no garbage pickup and mowing once a month.
We agreed to " Binding Arbitration " and the arbitration, while Lou Kirk was the owner, was ruled in the Leases favor, but the Judge would not sign the order.
Now we have a new law suit which is schedualed for April 20 & 21 at 8 AM in the Oceola County Courthouse.
I, we, would apreciate the medias attendance to avoid what hapend in the arbitration case.
