Records indicate My grandfather, John Power, was the superintendent of the 740 Park Ave. until early 40's. but we know very little about it. We do know the 1920 census shows him at 640 Park. We were wondering if he had an apartment in the building at 740 Park or any other information in reference to him and this building.
