Recently the wood on my deck was replaced with a plastic compound needs no maintenance and matches the color of the complex. Last month the deck above me was replaced using the same plastic compound but instead of being tan in color it is dark chocolate brown, and is a match for no other colors in this or any surrounding complex.I called the property management representative and the respons was "Can you see it from the street". I dont care I can see the two different colors from my front room is and they don"t work in the color scem.How can I fix this problem?
