Random Shutdown or Freeze

We have a Model MDS-41-S Allen Organ which has served us faithfully for many years. Howevr, in the past five or six years we have experienced events during our Sunday morning church services where the organ just stops dead with no sound or it will freeze on a note. In either case, turning the power off, waiting about 5 seconds and turning the power back on solves the problem.
This has been occurring with a greater frequency over the past few years and is at the point of being very disruptive. In some cases, it will do this three times during a service, other times it does not happen and many time it will shut down once and not repeat.

We have engaged the services of an Allen Organ service person at least twice to the tune of over $ 3,500 ollars with no solution.
We have established a dedicated lpower line for the organ, installed RF traps on all speaker wires and the incoming power line. Checked all boxes to be sure that all grounds are good.

There is a suspicion the cell phones may be the culprit however we have been unable to force a failure with multiple cell phone usage.

We would appreciate all comments/suggestions/solutions/conjectures that you may have.

Over the past few months, we have received excellent response, starting with you Barry and then involving your Service Department, Enginnering Department and your new representative in California, Rob Lindquist.
I am happy to report that the actions taken have resulted in the prolems being resolved to everyone's satisfaction. We were especially impressed with the response and support of Mr. Lindquist.

Thanks for the continued support and ultimate resolution of our problems and the rturn to the normal...outstanding sound of our organ.
