City College of Manila or Universidad De Manila (UDM) was founded in 1995 during the term of Manila Mayor Alfredo Lim. It was then located at the old Philippine National Bank building in Santa Cruz until the new building was constructed in Taft Ave corner Hospital St., near the Manila City Hall and LRT - Central Station.
