To start off thanks for reading, let me introduce myself. Im Dave a 38yr old guy who has just got back to lifting weights and I have a question. I have recentley bought a protine supplement called CYCLON and its chocolate flavour. The thing is this tasted foul with water added. I read somwhere that you can add nesquik choc to this and add milk instead. Now I tried this and what a differance it made but the thing is I would like to know are you still getting the same benifits from this supplemet and as Ive added more protine to this is it better or worse. Now without sounding thick Ive probably answered my own question but to be clear for my own piece of mind an opinion would be helpfull. Thanx DU.
