Peter takes his car to John for mechanical repairs. John charges $4000.00 and asks for $1000.00 down payment. Peter pays the initial payment. Two weeks later he was asked by John to collect the ca. Job was completed and $3000.00 to be paid on delivery of car. Peter did not turn up at time agreed upon. John went out for a coouple of hours.
