I have a small new pasta plant , but I got some problem , as a result the product is not nice at all. It is with these defects :
1)Deformed figures of pasta , for instance the tube figure(short end-open cylinder) are bumped askew , with no
circular ends .
2) surface texture of the product is not smooth and the yellowish tint(tinge) is not well distributed, rather its rough plain .
3) when overkooking or even moderately cooked it breaks with clouds of semolina residues on the water surface.
Please try to help me with your valuable directions and advices , with keeping in touch with your everent association
with best regards

Astrogurl here!
I read your disscussion question, and found it riveting.
Perhaps, the simplist solution would be to purchase a brand new small new pasta plant, that is better manufactured!

Also you should check out my blog on the Partial Test Ban Treaty! Its very interesting!
