PQP/SWIFT++ and OpenHaptics from Sensable

Hi all,
I'm using OpenHaptics from Sensable sdk to import and interact with a given VRML/TRIS model. I want to use PQP/SWIFT++ for the collision detection and so I want to know if it is possible to extend the OpenHaptics sdk to fit PQP/SWIFT++. If so...how?
Any tips?
