I understand that Oregon has high personal income taxes at 9%. OUCH! It may sound like allot but are its' affects felt as much since you have no sales tax? And, I understand that your utilities are lower than the national average as are your insurance rates. I figure that it all comes out in the wash...so to speak. Any thoughts?
