Any users can advice or who are using Oce Arizona 250GT with Toshiba CA3L Printhead are fail less than 3 months, One years changing about 10 printhead. Oce blame solvent fumes cause the printhead fail with noozle clogs or Electronic failure Anyone had this exprience ?

Which country you are from, according to Oce it only happen in Malaysia who are not complying to site preparation requirement.
How many print head being change ? I manage to resolve by trouble shooting and still in testing look like very impressive of the development of print head, even the fail head are manage to recover fully. This procedure are against Oce operating procedure. I believe something wrong with design of the print head.

May i know which model you are using? the Fujifilm service are SUCK here! and parts are expensive!!!! Malaysia selling RM1,800 for 2 litre ink.
Anyone know how to crack the ink, So i can flexible to use OCE ink? :-)

How many printhead being change ? How long is the machine being commissioning ? Which country you from ?
Oce claim I the only customer in the world are having this problems and not complying to their recommend operating environment (only come to know when the failure happen) and key operator maintenance failure that causing the printhead to fail.
I manage to identified and isolated the failure in printhead is a design defect. The printer also having another serious problem with ink supply tubing that the outer layer (tubing to layer) cannot withstand and in contacted with ink, it easily damage and cause leaking.

I am using Arizona 250GT and Fujifilm had same model, Fujifilm service depend on Oce technical to support in Malaysia, The machine is design by Oce,
I dont known is the ink are same I am using 1JC255 UV Ink good for paper products and 1JC256 UV Ink good for plastic base products.

Ink is same but they lock with the barcode. So we had to crack then we able to use both ink. any idea for that?
May i know which company are u in Malaysia?

I heard customer who are using Arizona 350GT with CA4 also having problems, need to change the head frequent, CA4 cannot use on Arizona 250GT according to Oce.
I manage to the isolate the problems and manage it look like is working fine already three weeks testing and still running fine. What company you from ? You can call me 019 3325437

Hi
We are based in the United Kingdom and we have had an Arizona 250GT then we upgraded to Arizona 550GT. We use the machine for 8 hours per day. The machine is comletely unreliable. I will never buy an Oce/Canon machine ever again. It is completely useless.
Two months ago, we changed to the new Canon White inks and within a week we had two head failures. Canon want us to pay for these. Our repair bill is over £12,000 (Sterling). We know how to use the machine and we take extreme care in cleaning the heads and maintaining the machine correctly as we have a very good printing team, but the machine is totally unreliable.
The aftersales service from Canon has been the worst of any of our suppliers, they do not care for the customer at all. If anyone would like to contact us, then you are welcome, we are happy to tell you everything you need to know about the Arizona.
We will be selling our Arizona 550GT very soon, so if anyone is looking to buy one, then you are welcome to contact us.
We have 10 different printers and all of them work perfectly apart from the Arizona which is a total disaster.

We are running the 350GT and burning through printheads as well.any help on resolving this / instructions to replacement a printhead ourselves would be greatly appreciated.
