Neon sign Beck's beer. The glass tube is broken in several places and parts are missing. However the green "Beck"s" part still lights up, HOW? Also, then I touch the sidewall of the glass on part that is not lite (not near the break), it lights up. While I am wearing rubber sole shoes. How, why?
