Hi, All ,

I buyed a house in Wellington cantonment .area..

while buying the house the Landlord already constructed a Wash room in extra Land So now at time of registration im not able to get NOC until i demolish that wash room ..

So My query is ...: is there any possibility of avoiding such demolision ??

If So how is it possible and whom to contact and what procedures need to be followed ... !!
