My project is about gold nanorods conjugated reduced-antibody. Then, after conjugation between gold nanorods and reduced antibody, I want to separate the unconjugated antibody from sample.

Right now, i have planning to buy the Sepharose to purify antibody. The antibody i bought is mouse IgG monoclonal antibody. Please advise it.
