My husband was in a car wreck, was medi-flighted from the scene, needed emergency surgery upon arrival-he had his spleen removed, repair of a laceration to diaphragm, tube thoracastomy, and management of liver hemrrhage(3 cracks in liver)-was in hospital for 1 and half weeks and has now been home for recovery for 3 weeks, but is now complaining of severe pain located right under his rib cage. says that on a scale from 1 to 10 his pain is a 10. What to do or think?
