My husband commited adultery with a friend i know and that woman also know me and know that my husband is a married man and with a son but the woman still enter to our life and having sexual intercouse with my husband i want to file adultery to my husband and how about the girl is that concubinage is to be filed? can i get my son in my custody my son is 10 yrs old now?

I don't know if you can file for "adultery", but you can for divorce. And if he's cheated on you, you should.
Due to his incapability as a husband, thta may favor you as a parent, and i should think that you should get at least partial custody.
