My gt gt grandmother received a summons to the Court of Chancery in March 1875, following the death of her husband in Oct 1874. The applicant - a Creditor according to the summons - was her brother-in-law.
My question is: is there any way I can find out the result of the summons? For instance, would there be a record ofo the proceedings or any papers at all?
