My grandfather owned farmland that was intrusted to my brother, sister, and me. He added a life estate that was to be entrusted to my father and mother. I am curious as to what my rights as the actual owner are on it? What are my parents rights as the estate holders? Since it is being farmed and money is being made off the land, do I as the owner have any rights to any of the profit? Do my parents get complete control of it at this time? What if I wanted to sell it? How can I? Thanks.
