My daughter plays tennis. Her team won state and sectionals in New England and they are scheduled to go to the Nationals.A week ago they told me she is ineligible. The USTA rules and regulations as read make her eligible. My lawyer, coach and I have read the rules over and over and there is no reason she should be declared ineligible. Our recourse to date--we sent a grievance--it was denied--we sent a grievance appeal and am waiting for the determination now. My guess is they will close ranks and say she is ineligible even though they have no language to back up their decision. The date of the tourney is October 22, 2010 and I want her to play---so if they say no--CAN I GET AN INJUNCTION WHILE I SUE FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT AND HOW DO I DO THIS---We dont want $$$ damages after the fact we just want fairness and justice----how should I proceed if the USTA sticks with its verdict(that is the final step according to their regulations--Please help--Tom
