My Grand parents had an " off beer " license on Middlesbrough road South Bank. I believe it was the other side of Normanby road on the way to Grangetown. The name was John and Sarah Jones. They had a stable and two horses which Grandad used to pull a wagon around the strees selling who knows what !!!! Children were scared to go into the shop because my Grandma scared them.
