Can anyone give me any information about my father
Zdzislaw Ginda.He was born in Boryslaw, Poland on the 16th April 1921.
He was a Corporal (Lance?), Nr.30032188 in "Pamiatkowej Odznaki 3 Dywizji Strzelcow Karpackich", (3Carpathian Infantry Division?). He arrived in England via Vlissingen in Holland on "DE Schelde"?. He then registered with the Polish Resettlement Corps at Witley Camp in Godalming in Surrey on 9th May 1947.I believe that he may well have spent some time as a prisoner of war. Any further information would be appreciated.
