Mr. Sevareid gave a speech , I believe about 1978 where he said that people needed a minimum of: "...food shelter and mental stimulation." i think. i cannot find it but I want to. He struck me as a very thoughtful man who knew the importance of choosing ones words carefully. Where oh where is that speech?
