Strange concept, I think. So why aren't the schools graded by teacher performance? What happened to making the teachers accountable? Student performance is therefore the determining factor in whether a school is a good one or not? Additionally, Teacher pay is determined by student performance. This puts an unfair burden on the teachers IMHO. Who came up with this idea in the first place? Why aren't the schools measured by a combination of school AND teacher performance?
