I have a rendering (pencil) of Coit Tower. The view is different then the current web posting. I have had this for about 14 years, and never researched until 6 months ago. This was purchased in Lake Tahoe in a estate sale. The signatures look identical, and the tower seems identical also. Wondering how to get this authenticated.
