Many years ago, I saw a B & W movie with a similar plot to "While You Were Sleeping". It started with a jilted, pregnant girl on a train going west. Behind her, a just married couple. The just married soldier is taking his bride home to meet his parents. The bride allows the pregnant girl to try on he wedding ring while she goes to the bathroom. The train crashes while the wife is in the bathroom. Both she and her new husband are killed. When the PG girl returns to consciouness again, the dead soldier's family thinks she is the wife he is bringing to meet them. They are so happy about the baby and then the PG girl meets the brother of the soldier...the plot is the same but WHAT is the name of the original movie?
