Hi,
I have been taking Lorazepam for over 15 years and now I try to totally quit it. The reason I took it before was that the work presure was too great before and Lorazepam helped me to sleep and calm down.

But now I am retired and there is no work presure anymore. However, the Lorazepam withdraw symptom was too much and I tried several times to not use it but failed.

Anyone has similar experience and totally got rid of the use of it? Appreciate your experience and help very much.
