What could cause me to have problems locking containers in place after loading a pallet in position 23P on a B767-200. I was loading two LD2 containers in positions 24L and 23L. When I was done the container was sitting atop the locking mechanism. I had to use the locks closest to the lateral guides.

Each pallet is 4LD 2 units if you load a pallet the remaining distance is not enought to place a ULD between loacks
