There are few, and little references to the Keres being male. They are most often depicted as being female, or called "daughters" of the Greek Goddes Nyx.
Does anyone know of a written myth where the Keres were depicted as being male? -Some years ago, a friend of mine talked about it. But the chance to go into detail has since been lost, as he died from results of a head injury.
So Keres are female and commonly refered to as being bird like, and with wings.
When depicted as Male, the references are vague. -Might it be an author simply choose at one point to have "male" Keres simply to have them as "male?
