John Smith Jr. was my fourth great grandfather. He was born in Virginia in 1767 and apparently died in Greeneville, TN in 1811 at the age of 44. He ws survived by his wife, Sarah Duncan Smith and seven children. At least two, Anthony and Cornelius, were cared for by a Newman family. If anyone knows about this family, I would appreciate more information.
