I believe that Leyland is doing an awful job with the Tigers. He at times makes no baseball sense. Tonight he brings in the best closer in the AL with the score tied. He lets Rayburn hit for Jackson. Jackson had better have a really bad hip for Rayburn to hit for him. Why not Magglio?
In all his years, Leyland doesn't deserve any credit for baseball wins. He's a below average manager with above average talent.
