I've had little "pimples" on my areola since I was pregnant 2 years ago. They never hurt or anything but last night I noticed I had what looked like an open pore and today it hurts and is swollen underneath. Should I be really worried?, I have no family history of breast cancer or any cancer and I'm only 20 years old. Please help me out I've never had anything like this so I'm not sure what to do
