Let's look at it this way... Any activity that we do that takes us or our thought process away from Simran and Dhyan. Or anything that we undertake that we know will cause trouble in concentrating while giving our time to Simran is harmful.

We must try to not give in to our mind's wants and ask ourselves before every action whether it will take us forward on our path or cause hindrance.
