Is there tyramine in cooked blueberries? I can eat raw blueberries but when I make a blueberry pie and eat one piece, I get a migraine within 10 hours.

I wonder if the biochemical content of blueberries changes with cooking. Overripening of some fruits changes the biochemical content so that tyramine is created or released. Can heat or the addition of sugar with heat change the biochemistry of blueberries and create tyramine.
